Money and cashout safety
Understand the staged checks, stronger high-value review, and reconciliation behind withdrawal safety.
Cashout is deliberately staged. ZYNC first records the request, then applies the required validation, and only then executes the final transfer.
Important controls include:
- one durable request identity so retries cannot create duplicate withdrawals;
- balance and eligibility checks;
- velocity and anomaly checks;
- stronger multi-signal validation for high-value requests;
- a clear held state when review is required;
- continuous, hourly, and daily reconciliation;
- recovery for incomplete transitions.
The ratified high-value threshold is greater than $1,000, with quorum verification required. Final production thresholds and supported assets must still be published in reviewed policy.
Members should see the amount, fee, destination, state, and next step. Sensitive operational details should remain protected, but the product must not hide whether a request is pending, held, failed, or complete.
No cashout instructions should be followed until the page is marked Available or Beta and lists supported regions and destinations.
