Submission and verification
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Proof has not been submitted. |
| Submitted | Proof was received and awaits the next check. |
| In review | An automatic or human decision is in progress. |
| More information | Additional evidence is permitted and requested. |
| Approved | The completion met the active Mission policy. |
| Rejected | The completion did not meet a stated condition. |
| Challenged | A permitted review of the decision is open. |
| Reversed | A prior decision was changed with a recorded reason. |
Reward and payment
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Funded | Budget backs the published obligation. |
| Pending | A required condition has not finished. |
| Held | A safety or dispute control temporarily blocks release. |
| Available | The reward is eligible for its next use. |
| Requested | A Member asked to cash out. |
| Processing | Required checks or transfer work are in progress. |
| Paid | The final transfer completed. |
| Failed | The attempted transition did not complete. |
| Refunded | Eligible funds were returned under campaign terms. |
