Submission and verification

State	Meaning
Draft	Proof has not been submitted.
Submitted	Proof was received and awaits the next check.
In review	An automatic or human decision is in progress.
More information	Additional evidence is permitted and requested.
Approved	The completion met the active Mission policy.
Rejected	The completion did not meet a stated condition.
Challenged	A permitted review of the decision is open.
Reversed	A prior decision was changed with a recorded reason.

Funded	Budget backs the published obligation.
Pending	A required condition has not finished.
Held	A safety or dispute control temporarily blocks release.
Available	The reward is eligible for its next use.
Requested	A Member asked to cash out.
Processing	Required checks or transfer work are in progress.
Paid	The final transfer completed.
Failed	The attempted transition did not complete.
Refunded	Eligible funds were returned under campaign terms.

This table reflects the current testnet state model. Product and legal review still gate the labels used for production.
