ZYNC
Concept

Reward states

Understand the difference between promised, pending, held, available, paid, reversed, and failed rewards.

Reward wording should explain whether value is only described by Mission terms or is actually ready for use.

StateMember meaning
FundedThe Mission has reserved the published reward budget.
PendingYour completion or reward is waiting for required checks.
HeldA safety, dispute, or policy check temporarily prevents release.
AvailableThe reward is eligible for use or cashout under current rules.
PaidThe reward completed its final transfer.
ReversedA previously recorded reward was undone under a recorded rule.
FailedAn attempted transition did not complete and needs retry or support.

The exact labels may vary by reward type, but the distinction must remain visible. A Mission approval and a completed cashout are not the same event.

If a state changes, ZYNC should preserve an understandable history and explain the next action. A hold is not automatically a rejection; a failed transfer does not automatically cancel the underlying approved reward.
