Insights and reports

Choose measures that help a community improve Missions, retention, trust, and Sponsor accountability.

Reports should help answer a decision, not merely display activity.

Useful community questions include:

  • Which Missions attract relevant Members?
  • Where do people stop before completing?
  • How long does review take?
  • Which rules create disagreement or reversals?
  • Do first-time contributors return for another useful action?
  • Which recurring rituals retain healthy participation?

Sponsor reporting adds funded budget, qualifying outcomes, fees, exceptions, and attribution definitions.

Keep states separate

Do not combine views, joins, submissions, approvals, and paid rewards into one “engagement” number. They represent different stages. Define the denominator and reporting window for every rate.

Protect small groups from accidental identification. Limit raw evidence access and prefer aggregates when individual detail is unnecessary.

An insight is valuable when it changes a Mission, policy, or community decision. If a measure has no owner and no decision attached, it may be noise.
