Governance, release, and risk

ZYNC can be earned and used for product backing while remaining non-transferable. A future release context is a separate, governed decision.

The ratified governance baseline includes a 48-hour minimum execution delay, a one-day voting delay, a five-day voting period, a proposal threshold of 1 million ZYNC, and 4% quorum. Final public operation also depends on deployed controls and approved policy.

Release is one-way

The release switch follows the full governance path and cites a recorded release-policy version. Once released, the system has no governance power to re-lock transfers. That prevents a later authority from gaining an ungranted censorship control.

Release does not turn a purchase into contribution. A transferred balance may carry held-balance governance and backing power, but contribution history, reputation, qualification, and earned doors remain with the person or organization that performed the verified work.

Founder sales are rate-limited

The Founding Contributor cannot sell before release or vesting. During the first operating year, founder sales are capped at 1% of total supply. Each rolling quarter is also capped at the lower of 0.25% of total supply or 10% of legitimate market volume. The wallet is public and a sale receives 30 days' notice. No sale may carry a side promise of price, return, listing, liquidity, or protocol repurchase.

Risks to state plainly

• product utility and policies can change through governed processes;
• contribution does not guarantee a fixed amount of ZYNC;
• backing does not guarantee a fixed reward;
• non-transferability can remain in effect;
• a release context depends on product, governance, technical, and legal readiness;
• applicable law may narrow or prohibit a sale even when the public cap permits it;
• fraud, policy violations, and corrected decisions can affect eligibility.
