Release notes and policy hub
Find the future public record of product changes, effective policies, legal terms, status, and archived versions.
The production hub will provide one route to:
- product release notes;
- current terms of service;
- privacy notice and data-rights request path;
- community conduct baseline;
- Sponsor and campaign terms;
- fee and limit schedules;
- supported regions;
- governance policies and executed decisions;
- security and incident contact;
- service status;
- archived policy versions and effective dates.
Change records need context
A release note should state what changed, who is affected, whether action is required, and the effective version. Sensitive control details may remain private, but the user-visible behavior cannot be omitted.
Policies should have stable versions and effective dates. A Mission or campaign should remain linked to the terms under which Members participated.
