Build a Sponsor proof pack

Organize campaign terms, verified outcomes, exceptions, and privacy-safe evidence into one accountable view.

A Sponsor proof pack connects the agreement to the outcomes without exposing unnecessary Member data.

It should contain:

  • the campaign objective and versioned terms;
  • participating Spaces and Mission definitions;
  • funded budget, fee treatment, and reward rules;
  • eligible and qualifying completion counts;
  • verification methods and decision distribution;
  • reversals, disputes, refunds, and unresolved exceptions;
  • approved outcome measures;
  • the reporting period and data definitions.

Evidence, not decoration

Use numbers that can be traced to defined events and states. Separate submitted actions from approved actions, and approved rewards from completed payments. Show exclusions rather than hiding them.

Individual proof should only be exposed when the agreement, Member notice, and lawful purpose allow it. Most Sponsor reporting should use aggregated or minimized evidence.

A strong proof pack also explains limitations: incomplete follow-up, attribution boundaries, sample size, or verification changes. That honesty makes the next campaign easier to plan and compare.
