ZYNC
Concept

Account and privacy

Understand identity, connected accounts, consent, data visibility, and the intended path for data-rights requests.

Your ZYNC account connects identity, Space memberships, Mission activity, proof, and rewards. Those records have different visibility and retention needs.

You should be able to understand:

  • which account or social identity is connected;
  • which Spaces can see your membership or contribution;
  • which proof is shared with reviewers or Sponsors;
  • why required information is collected;
  • how to correct, export, or request deletion of eligible data;
  • what records must remain for disputes, rewards, safety, or legal duties.

Share the minimum needed

A Mission should ask only for proof relevant to its action. A Sponsor should receive the agreed evidence and measurement, not unrestricted access to Member accounts.

Leaving a Space and deleting an account are different actions. Some records can be removed quickly; others may need to remain for a defined reason and period. The final policy must state those boundaries plainly.

Security settings should also show connected identities and important account events. If you do not recognize a connection or action, the product should provide a direct recovery and support path.
