Glossary

Attribution — the reproducible assignment of an accepted contribution to the campaign, community, creator, and referral path it came from. It reports what the network observed; it does not establish that a party caused a Sponsor’s wider growth.

Backing — the product utility of held ZYNC that supports Spaces and helps steer defined community value.

Backers — the name of the genesis allocation bucket for early financing supporters.

Campaign — a Sponsor-backed agreement and measurement boundary containing one or more Missions.

Community Coin — an optional on-chain asset chosen by a Space. Unless specific holder use is already live and disclosed, it carries no promised utility or return.

Community Launch — the contributor-first, then public, stablecoin bonding-curve process for a Community Coin. It is separate from ZYNC.

Contributor — a person or organization whose meaningful participation creates value for a Member, a Space, or the network. Technical work is one contribution class, not the definition.

Contributor allowance — a per-Member, per-Launch stablecoin purchase ceiling derived from a frozen same-Space Points snapshot. It is not a balance; confirmed buys consume it and sells do not restore it.

Creator — a party that accepts a funded program’s disclosure and content terms, publishes trackable distribution for it, and receives recognition and reporting for attributed contributions. A program may define Sponsor-funded Creator compensation in Credits on the fee rail, but never as a deduction from the Member reward pool. Distinct from a community operator, who holds venue authority inside a Space and is not a protocol payee; one person may hold both roles with separate terms and dispute paths.

Credits — test value in the Beta. The production model is cash-backed, withdrawable, and pegged 1:1 to USD.

Funded reward — money or another committed benefit attached to qualifying Mission completion, including externally delivered and inventory-based rewards such as gift cards or vouchers. A Campaign reward pool reaches its earning Members in full.

Member — a person who joins Spaces and participates in Missions.

Mission — a defined real-world action with eligibility, proof, decision, and reward terms.

Points — a Space-local participation or progression signal that is not money or ZYNC. A Community Launch may derive a separate allowance from Points without changing them.

Utility-enabled Community Token — a Community Coin with a specific holder use that is already live, enforceable, and disclosed. Planned utility does not qualify.

Proof — evidence submitted or observed in support of a Mission completion.

Space — a community home with its own identity, membership, team, Missions, and local rules.

Sponsor — an organization funding a campaign tied to defined verified outcomes.

Verification — the policy and decision process that determines whether evidence satisfies Mission rules.

Verified contribution — the accepted, attributed record of work that qualified under a published verification policy. The act itself stays a completed Mission; the verified contribution is the record that decision produced and that a reward settles against.

Verified Growth Network — the category ZYNC belongs to: a network that coordinates Sponsors, Communities, Creators, and Members through funded Campaigns, verified contributions, transparent attribution, and auditable settlement.

Wallet — the Member-facing view of balances, reward states, and cashout activity.

ZYNC — the network contribution token. Earn-pool distribution and standing follow qualifying verified contribution. After governed release, a balance may transfer without transferring the seller’s contribution history.
