Wallet and cashout

See how ZYNC presents balances, pending rewards, and withdrawal decisions as one understandable Member experience.

The Wallet is the Member-facing place for understanding value: what has been earned, what is still pending, what is held, and what may be withdrawn.

The Wallet should keep value types and states visible. A funded reward is not shown as ready merely because a Mission was submitted. A pending review, a safety hold, a reversal, and a completed cashout are different events with different explanations.

Cashout is a controlled transition

When a Member requests a cashout, ZYNC first records the request, then applies the required safety checks, and only then completes the transfer. High-value or unusual requests can require stronger validation.

The Member experience should answer four questions:

  1. What amount is eligible?
  2. Which fees or limits apply?
  3. What state is the request in?
  4. What can the Member do if it does not complete?

Wallet screens should use plain status language and provide a clear route to help. Technical settlement details belong in operational records, not in the Member’s primary task flow.
