Invites

Understand how referrals and invitations can grow a Space while preserving consent and contribution rules.

An invite helps another person discover a Space, Mission, or event. It should identify the sender, the destination, and why the invitation is relevant before the recipient accepts.

Invitation systems can track who introduced whom and whether the recipient later made a qualifying contribution. That record can support recognition, but it must not make spam profitable.

Invitation boundaries

  • The recipient chooses whether to join.
  • An invite does not grant hidden access to the recipient’s account.
  • A referral reward, when offered, states its conditions in advance.
  • Paying for a pass does not raise ZYNC earning power.
  • Creating many low-quality signups is not qualifying contribution.

Communities should prefer thoughtful invitations to bulk outreach. A good invitation answers: what is this Space, what action is happening, and why did the sender think the recipient would care?

When invite controls become Available, the task guide will cover link privacy, expiration, acceptance states, reward conditions, and reporting unwanted invitations.
