Sponsor outreach

Present a community through purpose, Member fit, verified outcomes, capacity, and a clear starter proposal.

Lead with the community and the action, not a generic audience number.

A useful outreach brief includes:

  • who the community is;
  • why Members gather;
  • a recent recurring action or Mission pattern;
  • the Sponsor objective that could fit naturally;
  • a narrow starter Mission;
  • expected capacity and reviewer readiness;
  • verification and reporting approach;
  • privacy boundaries;
  • a proposed reward budget and flat-fee structure;
  • open assumptions.

Use defined measures. If you say “active,” explain whether that means Members who visited, submitted, qualified, or returned.

Avoid promising scale or attribution that the evidence does not support. A smaller pilot with clear learning is easier to trust and expand.

Ask about the Sponsor’s decision process, reporting needs, brand-safety constraints, timing, regions, and data requirements before designing the campaign. Decline partnerships that would force the community to hide terms or act against its purpose.
