Repeat and expand

Use evidence from one campaign to improve the next without copying unsuitable terms or weakening trust.

Repeat a campaign when its action still matters, the community wants it, and the evidence supports another cycle. Expansion should follow operating quality, not only a high top-line count.

Review:

  • completion and approval quality;
  • Member return after the campaign;
  • reviewer capacity and decision time;
  • disputes, reversals, and refund outcomes;
  • reward sufficiency and total funded cost;
  • differences across Spaces or Member groups;
  • attribution limits and open questions.

Change one important variable at a time when possible. If you change the audience, reward, Mission, verification policy, and reporting definition together, comparison becomes weak.

Do not assume consent or data terms carry forward. A new campaign version should restate the active terms, and a new region or Space may require different review.

Expansion works when the community can preserve Member trust while handling more volume. If quality falls, pause and repair the operating model before increasing reach.
