ZYNC
Concept

Ownership and backing

Learn how contribution can earn ZYNC, how held ZYNC supports Spaces, and what a later transfer cannot carry.

ZYNC follows one fixed boundary: contribution standing is earned through qualifying verified participation. A Contributor can be a Member, operator, Sponsor, verifier, moderator, ambassador, creator, maintainer, or founding builder. Technical work is only one contribution class.

Contributors can receive ZYNC when published contribution rules are met. ZYNC is not sold through a pass, and pass ownership cannot raise a ZYNC earning cap, create a multiplier, or grant stronger governance weight.

Backing gives ownership present use

A Member’s held ZYNC provides backing weight. The Member can point that backing toward Spaces they support. Unassigned backing can follow Spaces where the Member has been active.

Backing helps steer two distinct outcomes:

  • revenue support toward richer real-money reward pools;
  • a separate Backed by the community discovery lane.

Backing never steers ZYNC emission. It is not a promise of price, cash, or a fixed payout.

Balance is not contribution history

After governed release, vested ZYNC may move between holders. The recipient receives the balance and the held-balance governance and backing powers attached to it. They do not receive the seller's verified history, earned standing, reputation, operator qualification, or contribution doors.

Release is a separate decision

ZYNC can remain non-transferable while the product develops. Any future release context is governed by explicit policy, governance controls, public founder-sale limits, and legal review. Member-facing pages explain contribution and current utility; they do not project financial value.
