Measurement and attribution
Define what ZYNC can measure directly, what must be inferred, and which limits belong in every report.
ZYNC can directly report events within the campaign flow: eligibility, starts, submissions, verification decisions, approved rewards, payments, disputes, and reversals.
Those events do not automatically prove a broader outcome such as brand preference, long-term behavior change, or sales caused by the campaign.
Define each measure
For every reported rate or count, state:
- the event being counted;
- the unique unit—Member, completion, Mission, or Space;
- the time window;
- the denominator;
- exclusions and late changes;
- whether the value is direct or inferred.
Attribution can use agreed links, codes, forms, or partner signals when lawful. Explain overlap, missing observations, and alternative causes.
Do not merge submissions with approvals or approvals with paid rewards. Show reversals in the same reporting period or as a clearly dated adjustment.
Good reporting makes uncertainty visible. It lets the Sponsor compare campaigns without pretending that every useful question has a perfect answer.
