See the intended Member journey from finding a Space to completing verified Missions and receiving rewards.
Members are the people who turn a community’s goals into real action. The intended journey is simple:
- find a Space that matters to you;
- understand its identity and rules;
- discover a Mission that fits;
- complete the action and provide the requested proof;
- follow the verification decision;
- receive the published reward or recognition;
- return when the community creates another worthwhile reason.
Each step should be understandable on a phone and should state its terms before commitment.
What you should always be able to see
- which Space owns the Mission;
- what action qualifies;
- how proof will be reviewed;
- what reward is funded;
- whether limits or deadlines apply;
- what state your submission or reward is in;
- where to ask for help or challenge a decision.
ZYNC separates local Points, cash-backed Credits, funded rewards, ZYNC balance, and contribution history. Seeing one value change does not imply that another has changed.
These docs explain the intended Member experience. When a flow becomes Available or Beta, its page will cite direct product evidence and change from explanation to a tested task guide.
