Concept
Run a sponsorship
Understand the operating stages from Sponsor fit and terms through funding, launch, evidence, and closeout.
A sponsorship should begin with fit, not inventory. The Sponsor’s objective, the community’s purpose, and the Member action must make sense together.
The intended cycle is:
- agree on the outcome and eligible audience;
- define Missions, proof, capacity, and timing;
- settle funding, flat fees, refunds, and data terms;
- approve the campaign version and fund its obligations;
- launch without changing Member terms midstream;
- monitor quality, reviewer load, and safety;
- close the campaign and deliver the proof pack;
- resolve reversals, unused funds, and open disputes.
The community remains responsible for its Member experience and moderation. The Sponsor receives the evidence and controls in the agreement, not hidden authority over Space membership or unrelated Member activity.
Repeat work should use the prior campaign’s evidence to improve design. It should not copy terms blindly when the action, audience, or risk has changed.
