Ambassadors and events

Use trusted local organizers to strengthen participation without creating hidden authority or unclear rewards.

Ambassadors can welcome new Members, host events, explain Missions, and carry feedback between a local group and the Space team.

Define the role in practical terms:

  • which Space and region it covers;
  • which events or Missions it supports;
  • what the ambassador may publish or approve;
  • what Member information is visible;
  • how conduct concerns escalate;
  • which recognition or reward applies;
  • when the appointment ends.

An ambassador title should not grant hidden moderation, proof-review, or funding power. Assign each sensitive capability explicitly.

For events, publish location, accessibility, timing, host identity, proof expectations, safety contacts, and reward terms. Offer a reasonable path for Members who cannot provide the primary proof when policy allows it.

Measure whether events create meaningful contribution and healthy return, not only attendance scans. Collect feedback from participants and hosts before repeating the format.
