Troubleshooting
Diagnose common Member, Community, and Sponsor states in the testnet Beta.
The testnet Beta exposes the account, Mission, reward, cash-out, and Sponsor states below. Production support commitments and response times remain separate release requirements.
A Mission is not visible
Check Space membership, eligibility, timing, capacity, and whether the Mission is published or paused.
Proof will not submit
Check required fields, allowed formats, size, connection state, deadline, and duplicate-submission protection. Preserve the draft when possible.
Review is taking too long
Show queue state, expected timing, whether more evidence is required, and the escalation path.
A reward is missing
Separate Mission approval from reward funding, hold, availability, and payment states. Provide one activity history.
Cashout did not complete
Show whether the request is pending, held, failed, or complete. Never advise repeated submissions without confirming duplicate protection.
A Sponsor report does not match
Confirm event definitions, time window, unique unit, reversals, late updates, and exclusions.
Every production error should include a safe next action and a support reference without exposing sensitive internal details.
